At TKO Fitness, Troy Small, known as KUNGFUKO, specializes in Tai Chi, Qigong, and martial arts, bringing a unique balance to the team’s holistic approach. As a brown fringe in Yang-style Tai Chi and a brown sash in Choy LI Fut Kung Fu, he guides others in harmonizing body and mind. With a foundation in lifelong fitness, Troy’s background as a Marine Corps drill instructor, fitness specialist, and amateur bodybuilder adds depth to his role, helping create a well-rounded TKO experience.

At TKO Fitness, Kimberle Smith Austin brings dynamic strength and performance training to the team’s holistic approach. With a background in Hapkido and Taekwondo, she blends martial arts discipline with functional fitness to help individuals build power, balance, and confidence. As a certified fitness trainer, group fitness instructor, and running coach, Kimberle has spent years guiding clients toward sustainable movement and peak performance. Her passion is helping people create healthy, strong, and happy bodies that will last a lifetime.
